Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum dollar amount — you can order a single piece. Volume price breaks start at small quantities and apply automatically in the cart as your quantity grows.

How does wholesale volume pricing work?

Every style has six quantity break tiers. As you add more pieces of a style to your cart, the per-piece price drops automatically — no coupon codes and no sales rep needed. You can mix any sizes and colors within the same style and the combined quantity still counts toward the break.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same business day from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. Most U.S. addresses receive orders in 1–4 business days. Freight is free on orders over $250.

Do you ship in unbranded packaging?

Yes — every shipment leaves the warehouse in plain, unbranded packaging with no supplier logos, invoices, or pricing inside. You can ship directly to your shop or straight to your own customer with nothing to relabel.

How do I buy tax-exempt with a resale certificate?

Upload your resale certificate once in your account (Account → Tax Certificates). After it is approved, checkout is automatically tax-exempt for the applicable jurisdiction on every future order. We keep the certificate on file and handle renewals.

What brands do you carry?

We stock 200+ wholesale brands including Gildan, BELLA+CANVAS, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Champion, Hanes, Port & Company, Sport-Tek, and adidas — over 200,000 SKUs across t-shirts, fleece, polos, headwear, activewear, outerwear, pants, and bags.

Are the products blank (undecorated)?

Yes. Everything we sell is blank apparel intended for decoration — screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, heat transfer, or resale as-is. We do not offer decoration services, which keeps prices at true wholesale.

Who can open an account?

Any business that buys blanks — screen printers, embroiderers, promotional product companies, uniform suppliers, and clothing brands. Accounts are free to open, take about five minutes, and have no annual commitment.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Orders are submitted to the warehouse quickly after payment, so the cancellation window is short. Contact support@b2bsportswear.com immediately and we will do everything we can. Once a shipment leaves the warehouse it follows the standard returns process.

What is your return policy?

Defective or mis-shipped items are always made right — contact us within 30 days and we will replace them or refund you. For other returns of unused, unwashed, undecorated goods in original condition, contact support within 30 days of delivery; restocking terms follow our supplier's policy. Decorated or washed garments cannot be returned.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from a national network of distribution warehouses across the United States. Our system automatically routes your order to the closest warehouse with stock, which is how most orders arrive within a few days.

Do prices include shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $250 ship free. Because blanks ship from the closest warehouse, freight costs and transit times stay low.
