A small slice of the catalog — certain specialty and made-in-USA styles — ships straight from the manufacturer's own facility. Those lines appear as their own shipment at checkout with an honest delivery estimate, and small mill shipments may carry a modest handling fee that is always shown before you pay.

Orders placed before 1 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Because your order ships from the nearest stocked warehouse, most of the continental U.S. receives ground shipments in 1-2 business days, and virtually all of it within 4.
Can one order ship from multiple warehouses?
Yes. If your sizes and colors are stocked in different regions, the order automatically splits so every piece ships from the closest source. Is the packaging really unbranded?
Yes — every box ships blind in plain packaging with no supplier branding and no pricing inside, so you can ship directly to your own customers with confidence.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship anywhere in the United States. The 1-2 day ground estimates apply to the continental U.S.; Alaska and Hawaii ship via air services quoted at checkout.
