Volunteer, event and mission-trip shirts

For volunteer teams, VBS, camps and fundraising events, a ring-spun cotton tee is comfortable, prints cleanly and gets worn again after the event. Pick one bright color so volunteers are easy to spot, and order youth and adult sizes of the same style together: every size and color of one style counts toward the same quantity break, so a mixed order prices as one.

Staff and greeter polos

Pastors, staff and greeter teams often wear a polo with the ministry logo embroidered on the left chest. A polyester performance polo keeps its color and shape through regular washing. For cooler months, a midweight fleece hoodie is the item members and volunteers buy and wear most.

Tax and ordering for nonprofits

We charge sales tax only on orders shipping to Florida. If your organization holds a state resale or exemption certificate, upload the genuine document once from your account; once it is approved, orders check out tax-exempt. There is no minimum order, wholesale pricing starts at the first piece, and every box ships in plain, unbranded packaging, so it can go straight to the volunteer who is printing the shirts.

Shipping: in-stock orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same business day. Ground shipping is free on orders of $265or more within the contiguous 48 states; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories and military addresses pay the carrier's air rate. Shipping details.
Tax-exempt buying: upload your genuine state resale or exemption certificate once under Account → Tax Certificates. Once approved, every order checks out tax-exempt and the account moves to flat wholesale pricing. Sales tax is otherwise charged only on orders shipping to Florida. How it works.
Packaging: every box ships plain and unbranded, so it can go straight to your decorator or your team.
Payment: a card processing fee of about 3.5% is shown before you pay. Clearance items are final sale; everything else follows the returns policy.
