Defective or mis-shipped items
If anything arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email support@b2bsportswear.com within 30 days of deliverywith your order number and photos. We will replace the items or refund you — your choice. Do not decorate defective goods; claims can’t be honored after printing or embroidery.
Standard returns
Unused, unwashed, undecoratedgoods in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support first for a return authorization — unauthorized returns can’t be processed. Restocking terms follow our supplier’s policy and will be confirmed with your authorization.
What can’t be returned
- Garments that have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated
- Washed or worn items
- Items returned without a return authorization
Cancelling or changing an order
Orders are transmitted to the warehouse within minutes of payment so they can ship the same day — which means the cancellation window is very short. Email support immediatelyand we’ll try to intercept it. If it has already shipped, the standard return process above applies.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.
