Shipping: in-stock orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same business day. Ground shipping is free on orders of $265or more within the contiguous 48 states; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories and military addresses pay the carrier's air rate. Shipping details.

Packaging: every box ships plain and unbranded, so it can go straight to your decorator or your team.
Payment: a card processing fee of about 3.5% is shown before you pay. Clearance items are final sale; everything else follows the returns policy.

Can a school or booster club order without a minimum?

Yes. There is no minimum order. Wholesale pricing starts at the first piece, and quantity breaks apply automatically as the order grows, counting every size and color of one style together.

Do schools pay sales tax?

We charge sales tax only on orders shipping to Florida. If your school or club has a state resale or exemption certificate, upload it once from your account and, once approved, orders check out tax-exempt. The tax-exempt guide explains the steps.

Do you print or embroider the school logo?

No. We supply blank garments only. Most schools send them to a local printer or embroiderer, and we can ship the order straight to that shop in plain, unbranded packaging.

How far ahead should we order for an event?

In-stock orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same business day, and ground delivery takes 1–5 days. Add your decorator's turnaround on top and order at least two to three weeks before the event.
