Pick one style per role and stick with it
A uniform program works when everyone in a role wears the same garment. Choose one polo for customer-facing staff, one layer for cold mornings, and one tee or hoodie for the crew, each in one or two company colors. That keeps reorders simple: a new hire gets the exact shirt everyone else has, and you are not chasing a discontinued color six months later. Performance polos in polyester pique hold their color through repeated washing and dry fast, which is why they dominate trades and field-service uniforms. Ring-spun cotton tees and midweight fleece hoodies cover warehouse, kitchen and casual-Friday wear.
Leave room on the left chest for your logo
We sell blanks only. Your logo goes on afterwards, usually embroidered on the left chest of a polo or quarter-zip and printed on tees and hoodies. The Under Armour Tech polo and Team Tech quarter-zip carry the brand's small logo on the right chest, so the left chest is free for yours. Lightweight polyester such as the Adidas A230 takes a heat-transfer logo or light embroidery best; heavier pique and fleece take dense embroidery without puckering. Ask your decorator which method they plan to use before you pick the garment.
Order the whole size run at once
The quantity break counts every size and color of one style together, so 12 smalls, 30 larges and 8 3XLs of the same polo price as one 50-piece order. Buying the full run in one order also keeps the dye lot consistent, so shirts match side by side. Add 5 to 10 percent extra in the middle sizes for new hires and replacements. In-stock orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same business day, and every box arrives in plain, unbranded packaging.
