These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of b2bsportswear.com and the wholesale services offered by B2B Sportswear (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Wholesale accounts
B2B Sportswear sells blank (undecorated) apparel in bulk to businesses — screen printers, embroiderers, promotional product companies, and brands. Accounts are free to open. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and contact information.
2. Pricing and volume tiers
Prices are shown per piece in U.S. dollars and reflect wholesale pricing with volume breaks that apply automatically in the cart as your quantity increases. Prices, product availability, and inventory are drawn from our supplier and may change without notice. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we may correct it or cancel the affected items and refund you.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is captured at checkout via Stripe before your order is submitted for fulfillment. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. If we cannot fulfill an item (for example, it is out of stock at the warehouse), we will notify you and refund the affected amount.
4. Shipping and packaging
In-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff (3 PM EST) ship the same business day from the nearest warehouse. Shipments arrive in plain, unbranded packaging so you can deliver them straight to your shop or your own customer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Tax-exempt orders
If you upload a valid resale certificate and it is approved, we will apply tax-exempt checkout for the applicable jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy and validity of any certificate you provide and for remitting any taxes you owe.
6. Returns and cancellations
Because orders are submitted to the warehouse quickly, cancellation windows are limited — contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Return eligibility for blank goods follows our supplier’s policies; defective or mis-shipped items will be made right. See our returns information for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, scrape the catalog for competing services, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
Brand names, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our site design, original product descriptions, and content are our property and may not be copied without permission. Manufacturer images are provided for the purpose of selling their products.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
