Same-day shipping cutoff
In-stock orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Where orders ship from
Your order is routed automatically to the distribution warehouse closest to your delivery address that has your items in stock. With warehouses across the United States, most orders arrive within 1–4 business days by ground service.
Free freight over $250
Orders of $250 or more ship free(standard ground, contiguous U.S., up to 30 lb — roughly a case of tees). Heavier orders and everything below the threshold are calculated at checkout from the real carrier rate based on weight, destination, and the warehouse(s) fulfilling your order — no padding.
Plain, unbranded packaging
Every box leaves the warehouse in plain packaging with no supplier branding, no invoices, and no pricing inside. Ship to your shop, or ship directly to your customer — there is nothing to relabel and nothing that reveals your source.
Tracking
You will receive an email with carrier tracking as soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse. You can also find live status for every order under Account → Orders.
Split shipments
If your order includes items stocked in different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one box — at no extra shipping cost to you. Each box gets its own tracking number.
